Caduceus Clinical Trials conducts clinical research trials for pharmaceutical companies to test the safety and efficacy of new investigational medications.

Dr. Khuram Sial, dual board certified and Harvard trained in pain medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation and a diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is the president and principal investigator of CCT. In addition, he has published numerous book chapters, research articles, and case studies.

Center WatchDr. Khuram Sial was awarded for leadership in supporting patient safety efforts and excellence in patient care by the patient safety committee at The Institute of Research and Rehabilitation, Texas in 2002-2003.

Facility Description

CCT is associated with a busy pain management practice, American Spine which was established in 2010, and has 4 offices at different locations at Murrieta, Corona, Fallbrook, and Rancho Cucamonga in Californiawhere thousands ofpainpatients are treated annually with a variety of pain conditions, and would offer the large and diverse population of subjects in the trials.

Caduceus Clinical Trials is a clinical research site with a highly qualified team. All research participants will meet Dr. Khuram Sial and the clinical research coordinators at each site visit. Our physical examination rooms and laboratory are fully equipped. Our site has experienced and knowledgeable staff that is committed to provide quality care to all subjects during the course of the clinical study. It is important for our staff to work together and to get the job done correctly and on time.

Our center is also affiliated with medicare and AAAASF certified ambulatory surgical centers with large operating rooms.

Staff Expertise

The Principal Investigator will give devoted time to conducting clinical research trials, and is always available at the research site during regular business hours.

CCT Physicians and clinical research staff are committed to conducting clinical research trials while maintaining the safety of human subjects, the highest standards for conducting clinical trials, and compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines, CCT SOP, and HIPAA guidelines.

CCT employs RNs, Clinical Research Coordinators, and Phlebotomist. Our CRCs are the members of SoCRA/ACRP. All CRCs have more than 2 years of experience in managing and conducting Phase II through Phase IV clinical trials in different therapeutic areas.
